I’m 49 years old, and fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve always made training a priority, not because life was easy or I had extra time, but because I’ve seen what happens when you don’t. When your fitness slips, your energy takes a hit, your focus fades, and before you know it, you’re dragging through your days. Your professional life suffers, your leadership is weak, and you start falling short in areas that matter most.

That’s why I do what I do. I help men over 40 build real strength, maintain their energy, and develop confidence through systems that actually fit into their real-world schedule. No guesswork, no useless activities, and no wasting minutes. Just optimized daily high-performance.

I also get what it means to be pulled in every direction. For the past 25 years, I’ve built brands, scaled companies, and mentored entrepreneurs. I know what it’s like to be responsible for a team, a business, a family—and still want more for yourself. Most trainers don’t understand that kind of pressure. But I do, because I’ve lived it.
